An XXL villa from the 70s, a legacy of the Californian "Case Study Cover".

Here we have created two canopies  in harmony with the existing ironwork.

The majestic entrance serves on one side a dining room and on the other a large living room.
 

The floor formerly divided into two parts connected by an outdoor terrace, were joined by a glass roof covering the terrace. For this modification, an authorization from the French buildings was necessary. Indeed, the villa is located on a classified site and logically any construction is prohibited there. The most that this modification provides is undeniable, the extension of the floor has also offered a splendid space for a winter garden or an artist's studio thus connecting  a large parental suite with its dressing room and its bathroom and two other bedrooms also with their bathroom

In the basement a private cinema room has been designed and a sports room nicely completes this paradisiacal villa.
